Target group
The personnel folder service was developed in collaboration with Viken County Council in 2020. It is currently used by Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold counties.
All county authorities that want to maintain personnel folders in the archive system based on information in the HR system can order the solution.
Advantages
Employee personnel files are managed automatically based on the information available in the HR system. There is less need for manual updating and maintenance of personnel folders.

Core functionality

Staff folders are created for new employees.

The administrative unit and case manager are updated when the manager changes.

Changes the case status on the personnel folder when an employee leaves.
